ISOFLEX NBU 15 is a high-speed grease with a good pressure absorption capacity.

It consists of a combination of ester oil, synthetic hydrocarbon oil and mineral oil and a barium complex soap. It offers good protection against wear and corrosion and is resistant to water, media and oxidation.

ISOFLEX TOPAS L 32 N are based on a synthetic hydrocarbon oil and a lithium soap. The corrosion protection properties of these oils are good as is their ageing and oxidation stability.

The additional UV indicator contained in ISOFLEX TOPAS L 32 N enables reliable quality control upon application, even with minimum quantities.

ISOFLEX TOPAS NB 52 and ISOFLEX TOPAS NB 152 are rolling and plain bearing greases based on a synthetic hydrocarbon oil and a barium complex soap. The special barium-soap thickener used in the ISOFLEX TOPAS NB 52 and 152 greases offers good load-carrying capacity as well as resistance to water and ambient media unlike other soap-based thickeners. Both products show good protection against corrosion as well as oxidation and ageing stability. The Klüber barium complex soap is ELINCS-registered and approved by GASG (Global Automotive Stakeholders Group).

ISOFLEX TOPAS NB 152 can be used in a wide service temperature range from -40 °C to 150 °C. ISOFLEX TOPAS NB 52 is suitable for temperatures between -50 °C to 120 °C and short peak temperatures up to 150 °C depending on the application, e.g. enclosed gears, car seat adjustment mechanisms.

Synthetic long-term fluid grease with excellent anticorrosive effect

Small gear systems demand high efficiency and a lubricant with a wide temperature range along with a long service life.

Our fully synthetic long-term fluid gear grease Klübersynth GE 46-1200 based on a polyglycol base oil and a lithium soap thickener was especially developed to meet the tough requirements of advanced small gears.

The combination of base oil and additives offers optimised wear protection under mixed friction and good pressure absorption capacity in the lubrication of gears. Klübersynth GE 46-1200 also offers excellent corrosion protection and good compatibility with sealing elastomers. The consistency of this fluid grease has been tuned to enable excellent backflow and hence a constant supply to the friction point.
